Returns and cancellations

Return eligibility, deadlines, charges and cancellation options depend on the specific purchase and seller terms. Open the order to see the available actions. Do not send a parcel to an address found elsewhere without following the return instructions for that order.

Warranty or a product concern

Keep your proof of purchase, model designation and a clear description of the issue. Follow the warranty information supplied with the product or contact the seller through the order record. This website does not set a separate warranty or replace the terms attached to your purchase.
